Lisa Morgan has 19 years consulting experience, 12 as President of Zenith Performance Group, LLC. She has worked with over 400 client companies in all major industries and has coached thousands of individuals in executive coaching engagements, as part of customized leadership development training programs, through organizational change, in assessment projects, and during job loss and associated career transition.
Prior to becoming a consultant, Lisa worked for a $3B company where she had responsibility for operations training for 37 plants in North America. She has held leadership roles in Organizational Development, Quality, and Human Resource functions and has led multiple large-scale, process improvement initiatives.
She brings a thorough understanding of behavioral science and process improvement models to help solve complex organizational and people problems. Her broad business background combined with her extensive consulting experience enables her to adapt well to any organization’s situation. Her practical experience ranges from training new team leaders on leadership behavior to coaching senior executives through organizational change.
Lisa holds a Master’s Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Xavier University and is qualified to interpret a variety of assessment instruments to facilitate accurate consulting solutions. Instruments include the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, Birkman, DiSC, Chally, FIRO-B, Leadership Report, Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument, Life Styles Inventory, and Organizational Culture Inventory.
Her focus on understanding her clients – their leadership and culture, their structure and processes, and their unique issues and needs – has yielded a solid pattern of success.
